NEET UG is a 3-hour (180-minute) pen-and-paper OMR examination with 180 compulsory single-choice questions carrying a maximum of 720 marks. Every correct bubble earns +4 marks, every wrong or multi-bubbled row deducts −1 mark, and unattempted rows carry 0 marks.
